Password Recovery
If you are a Proloops member or registered 'free loops' user and have forgotten your password [ click here ] to have your password e-mailed to your registered email address.
Remember you can only receive your password at the e-mail address you used on signup.
If you wish to change your access details see below...
Profile Page
If you have a FREE LOOP ACCOUNT and not a full access membership you can change your username [ a valid email address ] from the profile page when logged in. To do this, you must enter your existing details in the 'change info' pop-up box from the profile page. This will automatically reset your password and send the new password to the email address supplied.
If you use an invalid or incorrect email address you will be unable to access this new password and the Proloops website.
